Learning through play

If your journey to help your child has brought you here, read on. Occupational therapy addresses many needs, including motor, sensory, behavioral, and cognitive, and often encompasses needs that may start with a parent or caregiver saying "I don't really know what's going on..."

Why work with me?

I have been professionally working with children for over 20 years and have worked in many settings with many different types of professionals. This experience is important in helping all kinds of children. I will let you know if your child needs something other than my services.

Why else?

I specialize in rapport building with kids, which isn't always easy to do! Kids often enjoy my gym space and the activities I do with them; my therapy is child-centered, however I do challenge them in my own "sneaky" ways. In other words, I trick them into working hard... :)

...by the parents of the children I've worked with. I work to help families, not just the kids. I jokingly say I'm working myself out of a job; I want the kids to improve, and to give families the tools they need, so you're comfortable moving forward without me.
